Two weeks ago they had a network crash that took out all my sites. Since then I've had nothing but problems, and their support has been no help at all.
I'd recommend you find a different provider. Webhostingpad is a bust at any price!

Their support telephone number is pointless as you will wait on hold till you realize nobody is going to pickup. During a Live support chat, they disconnected me and removed the chat feature from their website?
